• For Domestic warranty service, please include a
check or money order payable to Qill & Nib in the amount of
$9.95 per pen to cover shipping and handling in the United
States.
• For International warranty service, please include
$14.95 to cover shipping and handling.
• Include your name, address, and telephone number
with your pen.
• Briefly state the problem.
• Please send your pen via an insured and traceable
carrier. Quill & Nib cannot be responsible for items not
received
• If your pen cannot be repaired or is not a current
model, Quill & Nib reserves the right to replace it with a
similar model of equal or greater value.
• Please allow 2-5 weeks for repair.
